Facilities Technician

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at Bimcommunity. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement thermal and mechanical installations for various types of buildings, including hotels, hospitals, shopping centers, and residential buildings.
- Collaborate with our engineering and architecture teams to develop and maintain our facilities and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and guidance to our staff on facilities-related matters.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of our facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum completed studies of Degree in Agricultural Engineering, specialization in Rural and Environmental Engineering, technical architecture, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in facilities management, building maintenance, and infrastructure support.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of thermal and mechanical installations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
