Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at one of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of room bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reservation Management: Manage guest reservations, including room bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Revenue Management: Support the revenue management team in analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization opportunities.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including front desk, sales, and concierge, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  5. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to guests, ensuring maximum revenue potential.
  6. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in reservation management and customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or reservations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  4. Language: Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
