Key Responsibilities- Booking Management: Manage bookings, alterations, cancellations, and new reservations to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance to clients via phone, email, and other channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reservation Management: Manage the back-office reservations system, including ticket issuance, modification, and cancellation.
- Communication: Respond to customer emails and messages in English and native language, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, contribute to company events, and engage in peer-to-peer learning and feedback to foster a positive working environment.
- Language Skills: Native level of Danish and good level of English.
- Travel Industry Knowledge: Enthusiasm about the travel and tourism industry, with knowledge of the value of customer experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Soft Skills: Energetic, innovative, and proactive, with ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing situations.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience.
- Work Permit: Valid Spanish work permit or EU citizenship required.
- Competitive Salary: Attractive salary package.
- Full-Time Contract: 39 hours per week, with rotative shifts between 9 AM and 8 PM.
