Your RoleAs Director of Food and Beverage, you will be a key member of our Executive committee, responsible for developing and executing food and beverage strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our hotel's brand image. You will report directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve budgeted revenues and prepare monthly forecasts to ensure optimal profitability within the food and beverage department.
- Develop, implement, and maintain local food and beverage marketing programs to promote our hotel's brand and image.
- Monitor local competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Review and approve menu design and concepts with our Executive Chef to ensure exceptional quality and presentation.
- Ensure all staff is properly trained on quality and service standards, and provide them with the necessary tools and equipment to excel in their roles.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure exceptional service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of all food and beverage equipment and facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading the F&B department in a boutique or luxury hotel.
- Fluency in local languages and English, with additional languages being highly valuable.
- Oracle MICROS knowledge is highly desirable.
