Job Title: Business Analyst - Claims Transformation

Everest Insurance (Ireland) Spain is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Claims Transformation team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and implementing new technologies to enhance our claims handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance claims handling efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement new technologies to support business process improvements
  • Provide training and support to claims staff on new processes and technologies
  • Monitor and analyze business metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
