Are you a passionate Danish speaker with a love for travel? We're seeking a Travel Booking Agent to join our team in Málaga, Spain. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to travelers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable support via email, messages, and phone calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, refunds, invoicing, and customer onboarding.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer fast, efficient solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to resolve inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Native-level Danish speaker with strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and navigating through tools and guidelines.
