Travel Booking Agent - Danish Speaker

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive remuneration package based on your skills, experience, and performance. As a Travel Booking Agent, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that ensures every customer interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via email, messages, and phone calls
  • Handle inquiries related to bookings, refunds, invoicing, and customer onboarding
  • Take charge of customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer fast, efficient solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to resolve inquiries
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver seamless support
Requirements
  • Native-level Danish speaker, fluent in both written and spoken communication
  • Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level) to collaborate with international teams
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using computer systems and navigating through tools and guidelines
  • Customer-centric approach: know how to handle and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Problem-solving skills: proactively find solutions that improve the customer journey
