Travel Booking Agent

Jujur is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Travel Booking Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone calls globally
  • Update contact information, manage invoice collection, handle refund requests, and pre-onboarding processes
  • Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer needs and take ownership of issues
  • Research and analyze situations to provide accurate solutions using available tools and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent Danish spoken and written
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with computer technology and devices
  • Motivated and positive individual
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
