Job Description

Role Objective:

The Global Integration Project Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for clients implementing integration solutions within ADP's Global Integration Center. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of integration technologies and best practices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a master implementation schedule/project plan to ensure delivery of defined scope, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets.
  • Identify and obtain necessary internal resources for successful project execution.
  • Monitor and report progress on the project in standard artifacts to ensure accurate issue management.
  • Lead the project team responsible for planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished efficiently.
  • Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization.
  • Articulate client roles and responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Change Control Processes.

 

Requirements:

For this challenging role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written); German or French is an added value.
  • Exceptional communications skills, including written and verbal, with the ability to drive change in uncertain circumstances.
  • Strong Project Management Skills, including experience managing scope, timeframes, stakeholders, and resources to achieve objectives.
  • Superior prioritization, analytical, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and facilitate virtual meetings involving international parties.
  • Understanding of International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment.

 

Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
