We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Manager to join our dynamic team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing marketplaces for various product ranges, increasing our online presence, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Marketplace Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketplace strategy to increase our online footprint and drive business growth.
- Marketplace Management: Manage key accounts from marketplaces, establish strong partnerships, and improve terms and conditions.
- Content Optimization: Implement and optimize marketplace content, including A+ Content, Brand Store Creations, and Keyword optimizations.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of performance and actions to accelerate growth.
- Pricing Strategy: Create and improve pricing strategy on Marketplaces.
- Contract Negotiation: Establish new marketplace contracts and improve terms and conditions.
- Marketplace Experience: Proven experience in marketplace management and e-commerce.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related degree required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
