About The Role

The Knot Worldwide is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help us develop a global marketplace discovery engine that supports multiple brands across multiple countries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business logic behind the vendor discovery systems that power our marketplaces
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science to set the strategic direction for consumer search and personalization across brands and platforms
  • Drive outcome-focus execution and define how we evaluate impact and performance of our search and discovery features
  • Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems
  • Collaborate closely with product leaders across the organization to ensure cohesion between your products and the overall user experience across our marketplaces
Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role
  • A track record of shipping algorithmically driven products that solve real user needs and support business growth
  • The ability and mindfulness to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with many different audiences
  • Strong prioritization skills and experience making tough but smart trade-offs
