Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their needs and concerns, and provide a personalized experience to ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
- Hotel Operations: Assist in the general running of the hotel at night, including setting up for the next day, and support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Night Audits and Safety Checks: Conduct thorough night audits and safety checks to ensure the hotel is secure and compliant with all regulations.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in processing front office transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, is highly regarded.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
