Logistics Process Owner

At Siemens Gamesa, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Process Owner to manage and own the end-to-end logistics documentation flow for our projects in execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics processes, effective communication with stakeholders, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the interface with ECC, GPO, EXE PM TRA, Site Logistics, commercial organization, projects, SBI, and order management teams
  • Participate in project-specific logistics value flow discussions and support projects
  • Drive dialogue with SBI teams to ensure SAP setup for upcoming projects
  • Ensure ordering teams' scope is covered and understood in logistics value flow
  • Drive improvement topics and coordinate with documentation coordinators on responsible projects
  • Develop a portfolio view, building on project-specific learnings and procedures, including perspectives on market and regional differences
Requirements:
  • Professional logistics background
  • Great communication skills, analytical skills, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in global teams is a plus
  • SAP knowledge
  • English language proficiency: Advanced
  • 5-10 years of experience
