Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, design, evaluation, and modification of Unified Communication integration systems, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop system architecture while maintaining the integrity of the design and associated documentation.
  • Support the processes related to Ship Acceptance.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team and cross-functional groups to enhance knowledge of relevant technologies.
  • Manage software configurations to ensure compatibility with diverse customer setups.

Additional Duties:

  • Travel as necessary to fulfill job requirements.
  • Independently manage assigned tasks to adhere to project timelines.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and self-motivation, capable of working autonomously, in teams, or under remote supervision.
  • Engage in personal development with support from management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency within the scope of work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent in electronic, electrical, or IT communications engineering.
  • Willingness to obtain the necessary security clearance as required by business and project needs.
  • Strong understanding of IP networking and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with transmission systems and networking solutions.
  • Knowledge of LMR voice and data secure mission-critical communication systems.
  • Familiarity with broadband PTT solutions is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with government clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for approximately 30% of the time.
