The Opportunity
This position works out of our Spain location in the Diabetes division.
We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.
We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As the Salesforce Effectiveness Manager, you will play a key role in charge of Salesforce Effectiveness and reporting for IBIGSA, country market environments, and business models to assess current performance and continuously develop sound commercial recommendations that maximize the regional commercial objectives, create synergies, and enhance our overall business processes.
What You'll Do
Planning
Track effectiveness, train, support, and ensure adoption of the CRM (salesforce.com) application across the sales team.
Act as the first line of contact to manage field force requests, queries, troubleshooting, and technical issues related to salesforce.com.
The Salesforce Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for current CRM and new Veeva project in all IBIGSA countries.
Ensuring a national customer database is in place profiling customers against potential for business.
Support to the Commercial EMEAP Team in the implementation of the new CRM. Active participation in the calls.
Implementation
Prepare the ES field force team for the new strategic business T2 expansion, prepare for T2 Basal – realignment of territories (New HC: REPs & AMs), new targets & segmentation (New targets – PC).
Implement and track new EMEAP segmentations across IBIGSA.
Review Salesforce Effectiveness KPI metrics to ensure compliance with Salesforce Effectiveness guidelines and consult with Sales & Commercial Director on remedial action required.
Ensure an optimal level of national calling activity with key target customers.
In alignment with the leadership team, adapt the salesforce incentive scheme provided by EMEAP, ensuring compliance with Salesforce Effectiveness guidelines and Code of Conduct.
Reporting/Administration
Develop reporting with relevant metrics and KPI's to be shared systematically and reviewed during business reviews in collaboration with Commercial Planning and analytics manager.
Ensure availability of meaningful and accurate commercial metrics (e.g. power BI & salesforce.com).
