About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the consumer fragrances market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends, and identify new business opportunities and potential white spaces.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, consumer insights, and regional consumer brands Europe marketing teams.
  • Design and deliver impactful presentations to respond to briefs, leveraging the company's value proposition and existing material.
  • Monitor local product and fragrance databases to feed company tools and identify new clients to hunt for the Spanish market.

Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing in the F&F industry or in home care (laundry or surface care) or personal care (beauty) industry with close interactions with perfume houses.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable.
