Job Title: Marketing Finance Executive

TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Finance Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of marketing finance transactions and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial support to marketing managers to ensure plans remain financially compliant.
  • Assist marketing managers with the preparation of financial plans and forecasts.
  • Process vendor claims and ensure all required proof of performance is present and consistent with vendor guidelines.
  • Create purchase orders for external marketing service providers.
  • Investigate financial transactions and resolve associated queries.
  • Communicate process updates across the marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a financial/commercial environment.
  • Relevant financial experience and/or financial qualification/education.
  • Understanding of accruals and deferrals in relation to profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.
  • Exposure to monthly/quarterly financial reporting and review processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking and pressured environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
