Job Title: Marketing Finance Executive

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance and marketing? Do you have experience in financial operations and a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis? We are seeking a Marketing Finance Executive to join our team at TD SYNNEX.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Finance Executive will be responsible for supporting the management of marketing finance transactions and associated processes within the marketing team. This includes providing financial support to marketing managers, processing vendor claims, and investigating financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial support to marketing managers, including preparing financial plans and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Process vendor claims and ensure all required proof of performance is present and consistent with vendor guidelines.
  • Investigate financial transactions and resolve any queries or issues.
  • Communicate process updates across the marketing team and liaise with the internal shared service marketing finance team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a financial/commercial environment, with relevant financial experience and qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, including accruals and deferrals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking and pressured environment.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and with colleagues located in multiple locations.
