About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Manufacturing Strategy MPT to lead our global manufacturing strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless execution and world-class performance across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy, aligning with our business objectives and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Assess business opportunities across manufacturing plants, identifying partnerships and growth initiatives to drive standardization, operational improvement, and competitiveness.
  • Ensure the MPT manufacturing network is positioned to deliver long-term performance, leveraging competitive advantage and driving business growth.
  • Support decision-making processes, providing strategic guidance to VPs and facilitating investment prioritization.
  • Lead launch excellence initiatives, managing new product introductions and ensuring timely market entry.
  • Optimize manufacturing capacity, ensuring adequate resources to support commercial strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, or engineering, with a master's degree in business administration or project management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least ten years of solid business experience, with five years of management experience in manufacturing and business operations.
  • Experience in large-scale, medical device manufacturing networks is highly preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to constructively challenge ideas and assumptions.
  • Ability to lead and influence others, with experience working in a collaborative organizational structure.
