We are seeking a highly skilled Global Ethics and Compliance Professional to join our team at Lear Corporation. Key Responsibilities- Investigate ethics and compliance concerns, communicate investigation outcomes, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Lead the enhancement of our Ethics & Compliance program through training, communication, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Review compliance data to identify potential risk areas for audit review, and prepare materials for presentation to leadership.
- Support the improvement and development of self-service reporting tools/capabilities working in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of findings related to existing and new legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Draft internal memoranda and summaries on research findings and present findings to leadership.
- Provide thought leadership around compliance excellence and reputation of the organization.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication, internally and externally, to effectively deliver department objectives and services.
- Full fluency in English and at least one more major European language (or Arabic).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal, audit or comparable compliance experience.
- University degree in Law or Economics; Master Degree in Law or Economics would be a plus.
- Experience working with a global team.
- Experience with compliance investigations (or similar), including financial-related investigations.
- Outstanding analytical and communications (written and verbal) skills and exercises good business judgment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management on a global level.
- Team player, collaborative work style.
- High attention to detail, process, and organization.
- Ability to travel around 40% of the time within the region for investigations and training.
