About the Role

Eaton Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth for our MV assemblies portfolio in the EMEA Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth for our MV portfolio in selected Spain and Portugal markets.
  • Identify, target, and promote our offerings to key decision-makers in the utility and renewable energy sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with local project teams, sales and marketing teams, and other departments to prioritize target customers and ensure effective account planning.
  • Lead efforts to increase Eaton's visibility and credibility in the renewable energy segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position in sales or business development, with a strong background in the utilities and renewables segment.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with experience in major account selling and CRM applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
