Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Export Coordinator to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating global distribution and order processing for our oral care products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute customer orders in our enterprise resource planning system (ERP)
- Prepare delivery notes and shipments for pick and pack in our warehouse
- Ensure timely handling of customer backorders
- Create all relevant export documentation, including customs invoices and packing lists, transport orders, and certificates of origin
- Send dispatch advises to our global distributors and subsidiaries
- Manage licenses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Basic commercial training or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of export and import procedures
- Proficiency in digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and automation
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English and German languages
