Job PurposeWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Export Coordinator to join our Distribution International team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service levels, meeting delivery performance targets, and ensuring seamless global distribution of our oral care products and services.
Your Role- Execute customer orders in SAP with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare delivery notes and shipments for pick & pack in our warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Handle customer backorders with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Create all relevant export documentation, including customs invoices, packing lists, transport orders, and certificates of origin.
- Send dispatch advises to our global distributors and subsidiaries, maintaining open communication channels.
- Manage licenses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay enthusiastic about digital transformation and leverage tools to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, lean process management, and customer satisfaction, implementing changes as needed.
- Be open to traveling to our HQ in Basel, Switzerland, for meetings and training.
- Basic commercial training, preferably in a freight forwarding company.
- Knowledge of export/import regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
- Sensitivity to customer needs, with a focus on developing trustful and sustainable relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Performance-driven self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, able to develop solutions autonomously.
