Job Description
Senior Consultants
You will have enough experience to ask the right questions, frame hypothesis, and initiate research to find answers. You will shape the problems that we work on and develop specialized expertise that others will seek out.
Associates
You will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify core issues in complex analyses in order to craft suitable recommendations.
Engagement Managers
You will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking high-calibre individuals who want to join our winning team. Preference will be given to candidates with:
- 2-9 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm, Big 4 or understanding Finance & Risk topics from a bank.
- Specific credit risk analytics experience is preferable.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Fluency in English is required.
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- A willingness to travel.
- The ability to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you've already got to good use.
- Creativity too: you'll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients' biggest problems.
- An aptitude for analytical work, like analysing data sets to identify solutions to complex challenges.
- A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team.
