About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Analyst I to join our International Support team at Oracle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to our clients, resolving technical issues, and maintaining applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide incident resolution and application maintenance
  • Perform troubleshooting investigations in front- and backend applications
  • Communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation
  • Prioritize work based on severity and urgency
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Fluent English skills
  • Desired language skills: Spanish / Swedish / Portuguese / French / German
