About the Role

Bunge Iberica is seeking an experienced SAP/SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our Global HRIS team in the Business Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Functional Requirements Gathering: Identify, evaluate, develop, and implement/integrate SuccessFactors and peripheral HR solutions to meet user and business stakeholders' requirements.
  2. Project Management: Manage small to mid-size projects in the functional area of HRIS, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  3. Process Improvement: Partner with HR stakeholders to recommend and implement technologies that enhance processes, remove redundancies, and automate manual work.
  4. Data Migration: Support and coordinate data migrations with HR stakeholders, ensuring seamless transitions.
  5. Confidentiality and Sensitivity: Maintain strong adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality in processing HR data.
  6. Documentation and Training: Write and update documentation for system administration and support developing manager and employee training.
  7. Risk Management: Appropriately identify and escalate risks and issues.
  8. Special Projects: Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in SAP/SuccessFactors Business Analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive solutions with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors.
