We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our team at Allianz. As a Senior Underwriter for Appliance and Digital Risks, you will be responsible for conducting case underwriting for a range of products, including Appliance Protection, Digital Risks for Individuals, and Easy Living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct case underwriting for Appliance Protection, Digital Risks for Individuals, and Easy Living products
- Analyse provided reference datasets and assess their accuracy
- Deliver completed quotations with detailed descriptions of cover and caveats to sales colleagues
- Collaborate with sales colleagues on business opportunities and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines
- Work closely with the Actuarial Team on pricing and model development
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in an analytical or financial subject
- Experience analysing large datasets and risk assessment
- Business-level fluency in English
- Strong insurance knowledge and experience in underwriting, actuarial, or pricing
