About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Diabetes Business with existing and new customers in line with the Iberia Business Director and business guidelines in the defined sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and Sell Medtronic's Diabetes Products and Services: You will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's Diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and Strengthen Relationships: You will be responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including physicians, clinicians, specialists, diabetes educators, health service stakeholders, and other non-clinical buyers.
  • Pursue Leads and Provide Product Services: You will be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Diabetes products and/or services.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work as a team with Technical Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, and Marketing Teams to ensure and pursue high-level training, education, and technical support to customers when required.
  • Conduct Market Research: You will conduct market research, including customers and competitor activities, to stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs.
  • Implement Market Development Plans: You will implement market development plans and strategies as needed to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Communicate Customer Feedback: You will communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a Relevant Field
  • At Least 2-5 Years of Selling Experience in the Medical Device Industry
  • Knowledge of the Medical Industry Competitive Marketplace
  • Fluent English and Spanish (Both Written and Spoken)
  • Computer Literacy and Sales Force Competencies
  • Self-Motivated and Able to Work with a Minimum of Supervision
  • Team-Oriented
  • Full Clean Driver's License
