Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for leading the pricing strategy for new and existing Refinish products, ensuring alignment with the product value proposition and market positioning. The successful candidate will also be responsible for price setting of new and existing products comprising the broad portfolio of Refinish products including paint, non-paint and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the pricing strategy for new and existing Refinish products, ensuring alignment with the product value proposition and market positioning.
- Responsible for price setting of new and existing products comprising the broad portfolio of Refinish products including paint, non-paint and services.
- Ad-hoc support for price setting involving key business initiatives (tenders/key accounts/special price actions/special projects) that require in-depth price simulations.
- Collection and monitoring of competitive information. Benchmarking against competition.
- Participation in meetings relevant to the position.
- Several years of experience in pricing, finance, or related business roles; sales or product management experience, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and knowledge of additional European languages, beyond English, are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Paint & Coatings industry, specifically the Refinish market, including products, competitors, and market trends.
€ 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
