About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Principal Product Manager to join our team at New Relic, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain; Madrid, Spain; Málaga, Spain; Oviedo, Spain; Santander, Spain; Sevilla, Spain; Valencia, Spain; Valladolid, Spain; Zaragoza, Spain; with a remote work arrangement available.

This is a unique opportunity to build a new product area from scratch and drive its growth. You will be responsible for defining and executing a set of complementary products that help engineers and engineering organizations resolve incidents faster, implement best practices, and ensure compliance at scale.

You will work closely with senior leaders and C-level executives to define and refine the product definition and strategy. Your role will also involve working across the entire company to deliver these various products, collaborating with UX designers and engineers to deliver new platform experiences that benefit all of New Relic, and building strong partnerships with internal teams as well as external customers to drive decision-making and influence product direction.

The ideal candidate will have years of software product management experience in defining and shipping software infrastructure products to market, understand and develop empathy for infrastructure operator personas, and have a great product design sense. They should also be technically savvy and able to facilitate hard tradeoffs between time-to-market and building integrated, cohesive experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field">
  • At least 8 years of experience in software product management">
  • Proven track record of defining and shipping successful software products">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills">
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions">
