Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AP Analyst Junior to join our team at Page Personnel Spain. As an AP Analyst Junior, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable activities for Non-Media Business Units, utilizing ERP to process Supplier invoices and credit notes, and ensuring timely payment proposals and settlement runs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable activities for Non-Media Business Units, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize ERP to process Supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare payment proposals in accordance with agreed payment timetables, ensuring minimal backlogs and efficient processing.
  • Monitor volumes and highlight any backlogs proactively to the Accounts Payable Manager, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Provide holiday and sick cover for colleagues as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Drive towards minimal backlogs on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring efficient processing and timely payment.
  • Deliver weekly settlement runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide reports and participate in weekly Accounts Payable review meetings with Accounts Payable Manager, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable in a large, preferably international organisation.
  • Finance background, with a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and procedures.
  • Confidence in dealing and building relationships, both internally and externally, with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Well-organised with strength in prioritising, with a strong ability to handle complexity and multiple tasks.
  • Commercially focused with a strong customer service approach, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Languages: English B2, French B2; fluency in German or Dutch will be highly valued.
