AP Analyst Junior

We are seeking an experienced AP Analyst Junior to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable activities for our Non-Media Business Units.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payable Management: Manage Accounts Payable activities for Non-Media Business Units, ensuring timely and accurate processing of Supplier invoices and credit notes.
- ERP Utilization: Utilize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to manage the processing of Supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Supplier Invoice and Credit Note Processing: Process Supplier invoice and credit note registrations within agreed timelines and the Global SLA.
- Approval Routing: Match Supplier invoices to Purchase Orders and route for approval promptly.
- Supplier Credit Note Processing: Process Supplier credit notes in line with approvals required.
- Volume Monitoring: Monitor volumes and highlight any backlogs proactively to the Accounts Payable Manager.
- Payment Proposal Preparation: Prepare payment proposals in accordance with agreed payment timetables.
- Settlement Run Creation: Create settlement runs for approved payment proposals.
- Supplier Statement Reconciliation: Obtain Supplier statements and reconcile Supplier accounts, investigating differences proactively.
- Supplier Query Documentation: Document all Supplier queries for follow-up.
- Query Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of Supplier queries at the earliest, involving all parties required.
- Supplier Master Data Management: Ensure Supplier master data records accurately reflect correct Supplier details and agreed contractual terms.
- Team Support: Provide holiday and sick cover for colleagues as needed.
- Backlog Management: Drive towards minimal backlogs on a daily and weekly basis.
- Weekly Settlement Runs: Deliver weekly settlement runs.
- Reporting and Review: Provide reports and participate in weekly Accounts Payable review meetings with Accounts Payable Manager.
- Accounts Payable Optimization: Drive Accounts Payable to close with minimal unregistered invoices and credit notes and low levels of queries.
- Requirements: 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable in a large, preferably international organisation, Finance background, Confidence in dealing and building relationships, both internally and externally, Self-motivated, energetic, and detailed oriented, Able to work to firm deadlines and calm under pressure, Well organised with strength in prioritising, Strong communication skills and ability to handle complexity, Commercially focused with a strong Customer service approach, Languages: English B2, French B2, Fluency in German, Dutch will be highly valued.
