We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Partnerships Manager to drive growth and build powerful partnerships in the Amazon ecosystem.
Your Mission:- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with content creators, educators, and influencers in the Amazon selling space.
- Design partnership models that generate consistent, high-quality leads for our services.
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap, driving business growth through high-impact collaborations.
- Manage and nurture key relationships, ensuring long-term success and value creation for both parties.
- Conduct market research to discover new opportunities, enhancing lead generation efforts.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, refining strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Proven expertise in business development and partnerships, ideally in e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketing sectors.
- Established network within the Amazon seller community, particularly with educators and influencers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
- Fluency in English (Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a bonus).
- We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A remote work arrangement, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
- 15 paid leave days for a full-time position.
