Maintenance Leader for Uabos Spain

Job Summary
Establish and monitor WRM Test, Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) and PMEL programs using the Maintenance Control Plan (MCP).
Ensure equipment calibration and Tool Accountability System (TAS) system.
Follow AFI 21-101 guidance as applicable.
Monitor Precision Accounting System (PASS).
Main Responsibilities
Incorporate TMDE management and use in the MCP for equipment requiring calibration.
Obtain ACO or PM approval prior to sending GFE TMDE to an approved vendor to calibrate equipment that is beyond AF Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) or the AF Primary Standards Laboratory capabilities.
Prepare and ship TMDE/PMEL equipment to corresponding TMDE/PMEL Lab for calibration.
Monitor and control equipment to preclude any forms of fraud, waste & abuse.
Provide customer service to department, company, and government personnel.
Required Skills
Strictly adheres to US Air Force Technical Orders, Air Force Instructions (AFI) and Safety Directives.
Provide customer service assistance in the AGE Department.
Drive vehicles as needed to support the AGE function.
Job Requirements
Perform as WRM TMDE/PMEL Tool Monitor.
Establish WRM TMDE/PMEL Tool section and calibration schedule.
Incorporate TMDE oversight in the Maintenance Control Plan for equipment requiring calibration.
Obtain ACO or PM approval prior to sending GFE TMDE to an approved vendor.
Assure TMDE/PMEL equipment calibration is rotated and available when needed.
Order replacement TMDE/PMEL items as required and process for calibration.
Material & Equipment
Technical orders, electronic publications (Etool), computers, HAZMAT (proper, storing, handling & disposal) composite tools (general hand tools), operate equipment tugs and vehicles as needed.
Basic Qualifications
US Citizen.
Shall possess or have the capability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
3-year experience in AGE support or maintenance field TMDE/PMEL or similar fields.
MS Office computer skills (Windows, Excel).
Valid US Driver License.
