Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in close collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors and stay ahead of our market.
- User Research and Feedback: Conduct user research, usability studies, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Product Design and Development: Design and iterate on product interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to improve user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of new product features and improvements.
- Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report on the usability and effectiveness of new features and make adjustments based on user feedback.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment, ideally within the retail or loyalty program space.
- Portfolio showcasing UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
