Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Strategist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our regional cloud team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding infrastructure and development teams in the migration of local infrastructure and solutions to the cloud across all countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Migration Support:
Provide direction and assistance in the migration of local infrastructure and solutions to the cloud across all countries, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with regional infrastructure teams, the Platforms and Foundations Competence Center, and regional cloud partners.

Standard IT Framework Implementation:
Ensure the rollout of standardized IT frameworks and tools for cloud infrastructure, as defined by the Foundations Platforms Competence Center, in all regions, promoting consistency and efficiency across the organization.

DevOps Engagement:
Coordinate with local DevOps teams (internal and external) to ensure their alignment with regional infrastructure teams, the Platforms and Foundations Competence Center, and regional cloud partners, fostering a collaborative environment and driving innovation.

Target Operational Model Implementation:
Assist in implementing the Target Operational Model (TOM) in the region, with a focus on infrastructure and platforms, ensuring a streamlined and efficient operational framework.

Adopt Standard Processes and Tools:
Promote the adoption of standardized processes and tools among cloud regional partners, ensuring consistency and reducing complexity across the organization.

Technical Guidance for Application Teams:
Collaborate with application teams to provide technical support in defining the cloud infrastructure required for various solutions, ensuring a seamless and efficient application development process.

CI/CD Workflow Standardization:
Drive the standardization and automation of CI/CD workflows across the region, promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in all deployments, and ensuring a consistent and efficient application delivery process.

Azure Roadmap Enablement:
Support countries in meeting the technical requirements of the Azure migration roadmap, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.

Knowledge Management:
Ensure proper knowledge management, documentation, and standardization of infrastructure and development efforts, following the New TOM and aligned with ITIL service management processes, ensuring a consistent and efficient knowledge sharing process.

CMDB Traceability:
Ensure infrastructure and application assets are properly documented and traceable in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring a transparent and efficient asset management process.

CI/CD Workflow Support:
Provide assistance to development teams on implementing CI/CD workflows across countries, ensuring a seamless and efficient application development process.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and maintain high-quality service levels, ensuring a consistent and efficient service delivery process.

Problem Management Support:
Assist regional teams in managing issues related to application development and IaC, ensuring a timely and efficient resolution process.

Secure Development Approach:
Ensure a secure development methodology is adopted across the region, ensuring a consistent and efficient security process.
