  • Assess incoming case requests and confirm adherence to minimum criteria
  • Collaborate with responsible parties to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based case summary, risk evaluation, and actionable plan
  • Assist in the creation of clear and precise communications
  • Coordinate reviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the release and approval of communications, including legal assessments
  • Ensure communication is distributed through the appropriate channels
  • Track feedback and oversee implementation processes
  • Conclude cases upon successful implementation
  • Maintain case records on SharePoint, manage subscriptions to information channels, and ensure accurate automated reporting
  • Incorporate pertinent cases into annual product safety reports

Qualifications for Success

We seek individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and understand the significance of driving change. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, safety, or engineering management within product development
  • A solid understanding of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and their construction and installation processes
  • A broad comprehension of technology
  • Knowledge of EU machinery directives and product liability regulations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Quick learning capabilities
  • An open-minded approach, relying on objective evidence
  • Proficient writing and communication skills
  • A mature demeanor, capable of engaging with executive management
  • The ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Project management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
