  • Oversee incoming case requests and ensure they meet minimum criteria
  • Collaborate with responsible parties to deliver a comprehensive, fact-based case description, risk evaluation, and actionable plan
  • Assist in drafting clear and precise communications
  • Coordinate reviews with stakeholders
  • Manage the release and approval of communications, including legal assessments
  • Ensure communication is disseminated through appropriate channels
  • Track feedback and monitor implementation progress
  • Conclude cases upon successful implementation
  • Maintain case status on SharePoint, manage subscriptions to information channels, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Contribute relevant cases to annual product safety reports

What you need to make a difference

We seek individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and understand the significance of driving change. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, safety, or engineering management within product development
  • A solid understanding of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and their construction and installation
  • A broad comprehension of technology
  • Knowledge of EU machine directives and product liability regulations
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Quick learning capabilities
  • An open-minded approach and reliance on objective evidence
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • A mature demeanor to maintain focus and engage with executive management
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Project management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
