Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Advanced Operations Engineer to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless technical operations and addressing support escalations.
- Lead Technical Operations: Utilize your expertise to optimize operational processes and address complex issues.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with multi-functional teams to contribute to project initiatives and share your insights.
- Mentor and Guide: Provide guidance to junior-level professionals and oversee projects to enhance performance.
You will work closely with our IT Support teams to promptly address critical issues and provide high-level technical support to C-Level Executives.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Okta Admin, Active Directory/Exchange 365, Google Workspace, Powershell, SCCM/Jamf/AirWatch, Horizon VDI, and Atlassian (Confluence/Jira).
- Support and Escalations: Experience addressing global support escalation types and needs, as well as supporting C-Level Executives.
- Collaboration: Effective working with multi-functional teams using tools like Jira.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with at least 5 years of experience in a technical role. Fluency in English is required.
