About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Database Management: Update and maintain our existing customer database to identify potential decision-makers and key contacts.
  2. Prospecting and Qualification: Reach out to key contacts and qualify their interest in our services, focusing on business travel and meetings/events.
  3. Lead Transfer and Sales Development: Transfer qualified leads to our internal sales teams to set up meetings and develop sales and profitability of our customer portfolio.
  4. Customer Experience and Portfolio Management: Develop customer experience through proactive sales work and manage our client portfolio to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction.
What We Offer

Requirements

  3. Knowledge of Hotel Industry: Knowledge and interest in the hotel industry, although not mandatory.
  4. Outstanding Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation skills, including reactivation of sleeping customers, prospect and lead qualification, and meeting tracking.
  5. Self-motivated and Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated and proactive attitude to develop new prospects and close deals.
  6. Ability to Learn Quickly: The ability to learn quickly and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
