**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Procure to Pay Manager who will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Master Data areas of the Iberia BU Shared Services Center. This individual will ensure that purchasing processes are executed in accordance with predefined policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze monthly reports of accounts payable and treasury to identify trends and optimize payment processes*
* Guarantee that purchasing processes are executed in accordance with predefined policies and procedures*
* Manage area CAPEX and ensure timely and professional responses to internal and external inquiries*
* Partner with Procurement to automate and streamline the Procure-to-Pay process*
* Lead MDM projects, end-to-end, defining project approach, resources, and delivering them until the end*
* Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and operational controls for procurement and accounts payable activities*
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration*
* Understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and regulatory environment*
* 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role within a Shared Service Center, managing teams (over 10 members)*
* Experience in a Big Four is a plus*
* Genuine interest in business process standardization*
* Experience with change management as well as working in a multicultural and international environment*
* Result-oriented, collaborative, and with strong analytical skills*
* Professional skills using Finance ERP, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI*
* Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English*
