We're seeking a skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at Cascada Marbella. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the dining area, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to manage food preparation and delivery, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Manage table allocations and reservations, optimizing seating to enhance guest experience and restaurant capacity.
- Develop a deep understanding of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings, to provide expert advice to guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Participate in inventory management, including dining supplies and ordering.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine service procedures, menu offerings, and special promotions or events.
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about food and beverage, with ability to make recommendations and answer questions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy dining periods with efficiency and grace.
