So are weTasks- Oversee the restaurant's dining area, ensuring all guests receive impeccable service and a memorable dining experience.- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food, managing any special requests or dietary restrictions with attention to detail.- Manage table allocations and reservations efficiently, optimizing seating to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity.- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings, to provide expert advice to guests and staff.- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves Cascada Marbella with a positive experience.- Participate in inventory management, including the oversight of dining supplies and the suggestion of orders as needed.- Collaborate with the management team to refine service procedures, menu offerings, and special promotions or events.Requirements- Proven experience as a head waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and refined dining atmosphere.- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills to cater to an international clientele.- Knowledgeable about food and beverage, with the ability to make recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu.- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy dining periods with efficiency and grace.Are you a passionate foodie looking to work in a dynamic culinary environment?
