**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business performance efforts and drive strategic growth. As the Director of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for setting and achieving business objectives, managing data and analytics, and optimizing product performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Business Performance Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and track progress.
  • Data & Analytics: Design and implement data management systems, ensure data quality, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Product Analytics: Monitor and analyze product metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
  • Management of B2B Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with business partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective partnerships.
  • Personal Challenges:
    • Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Balance competing priorities and allocate resources effectively to drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with C-level executives to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Make informed decisions quickly, considering multiple factors and stakeholders.
