**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Business Process Analyst** to join our Center of Expertise team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the implementation of our process automation platform from an IT perspective.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the Corporate IT Automation team to ensure seamless project management and solution design.
  • Work closely with the Center of Expertise to provide enablement and technical support, as well as process automation analytics and third-party integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong knowledge and experience in creating BPMN models using a BPM platform.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering management reports, as well as defining and tracking KPIs.
  • Familiarity with the Camunda platform (v7 or v8) is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of business processes in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.
