Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team, with the responsibility of coordinating and optimizing the implementation of the process automation platform from an IT perspective.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in business analysis, process automation, and solution integration, with a particular focus on platforms such as Camunda 8.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Corporate IT Automation team, including:
- IT Project Manager: project management.
- Solution Architect: solution design (focused on operations; the build phase is managed by PF Enterprise Architecture).
- Work closely with the Center of Expertise, which provides:
- Enablement and technical support.
- Technical frameworks and training so that our entities can design, implement, and manage their automation processes.
- Process automation analytics.
- Third-party Integration (Camunda Integrator): ensure the technical integration of Camunda 8 in collaboration with the team, ideally maintaining geographical proximity to the Center of Expertise for better coordination.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in creating BPMN models using a BPM platform.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering management reports, as well as defining and tracking KPIs.
- Familiarity with the Camunda platform (v7 or v8) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
- Understanding of business processes in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of BNPP Group or BNPP PF business processes is an added advantage.
Additional Information:
- English level B2 or higher.
