The Opportunity
At Nutanix, we're expanding our EMEA team in Barcelona and seeking a skilled Systems Reliability Engineer to join our multicultural working environment. If you're passionate about technology and innovation, and have a customer-first mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Systems Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support for Nutanix's HCI solutions to enterprise customers globally. You'll troubleshoot, diagnose, and debug complex issues, drive changes and improvements to our product, and collaborate with technology partners to resolve cross-vendor issues.
We're looking for someone with 3 to 5+ years of relevant enterprise technical experience, expertise in virtualization, networking, storage, Linux, and cloud technologies, and a customer-facing background. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in one or more EU languages is a plus.
Your Role
- Provide technical support for Nutanix's HCI solutions to enterprise customers globally.
- Drive changes and improvements to our product by collaborating with the development engineering team.
- Collaborate with technology partners to resolve cross-vendor issues.
- Improve the serviceability of the product by testing new features and developing tools.
