About the Role

As a Sales Trainee Private Label, you will be part of our dynamic sales team, working alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in areas such as product listing optimization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting in identifying and qualifying potential customers, supporting sales representatives with customer inquiries and follow-ups, and evaluating every sales action in our customers to identify potential improvements.

You will also participate in training sessions to learn about our products and sales techniques, and you will be part of the production process in PL, from design to final product.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong commercial mindset and a structured way of working. You should have a high level of accountability and be able to work as a team. You should also have a creative and analytical approach to creation of product content creation, assets, marketing plan, and be capable of drawing insights from market trends. You should have a methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem solving.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business, and a high level of English proficiency. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
