About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our Private Label team. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing our portfolio of iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers in the private label and discounter channels.
  • Support sales representatives with customer inquiries and follow-ups, evaluating every sales action to identify potential improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and sales techniques, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making, and work cross-functionally with key supporting functions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business.
  • High level of English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of accountability and teamwork.
  • Business orientation, with an understanding of market dynamics and commercial mindset.
