Job Summary

  • Provide strategic leadership for the sales teams, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps, and develop targeted solutions to address them.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all training materials, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key training and development metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps, and develop targeted solutions to address them.

Requirements

  • A strong educational background, preferably in a field related to business, education, or training.
  • Proven experience in a similar senior training and development role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong background related to the insurance space and industry, having acquired a relevant track record creating processes from scratch.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive business growth and revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance in all training materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
